Door Refurbishment and Restoration Proposal

Premium Restoration Package

Ideal for moderate and severe Water Damage and Dampness.

  • Strip out the damaged area fully up to the structural level (i.e., brick level).
  • Drying of affected areas using industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to ensure optimal drying and moisture removal.
  • Before rebuilding, treat the areas with hardening agents, cementitious materials, and sealers.
  • Rebuild the removed areas with similar or improved materials.
  • Finishing Touches: Skim or plaster the surface, prime, and paint the entire area.
